Preparation Assistance

CCRs are due on July 1st!

A Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is due to your customers by July 1st of each year. To assist you in meeting the requirements of the CCR, we offer assistance in the preparation of your report.

If you need help, please submit the Request For Assistance Form (below).

Our Services

The ARWA will provide one hard copy and the electronic version of the completed CCR. The utility will be responsible for printing, mailing, properly posting, and or distributing the Consumer Confidence Report. The water utility will also be solely responsible for verifying all information in the report to insure requirements of the ADEM Division 7 Regulations governing the CCR are met. Filing deadlines are also the responsibility of the water utility.

Process

We will mail the information package to the utility after the Request for Assistance Form has been received.

The ARWA must receive
the Request for Assistance Form
NO LATER THAN June 1st
in order to schedule assistance
for your utility's CCR.

The responsible party with the utility must then complete the information package in its entirety and mail or hand deliver it to the ARWA.

Request Assistance

If you are interested in assistance with your CCR, please complete the Consumer Confidence Report Request for Assistance Form.
