The City of Saraland passed on the WWTF responsibilities to the Board which then began a comprehensive evaluation. With the assistance of a consulting operator, the facility went from process difficulties with permit non-compliance into one that is compliant and producing great quality effluent. We will hear about all the strategies and changes that turned a struggling system into a truly successful operation.
