Doug Bice, ARWA Board of Director
For over 23 years Doug Bice has been Manager of the Chilton Water Authority. He holds a Grade IV Alabama Water Operator Certificate. He is also a member of the Society of Water Professionals.
Doug is currently serving as a Board Member of the Alabama Rural Water Association Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Association's Legislative Committee and the By-Law Review Committee.
Districy 6 represents Autauga, Bibb, Chilton, Dallas, Lowndes, Marengo and Perry counties.
District 6 represents 39 Public Water Utilities.
